- Review Design Packet to make sure everything is complete
- Create and execute purchase orders for special order items with
long lead times. (To be automated in the future.)
- Organize the job into sections according to finish.
- Create a Cabnetware Room for each section
- Enter all items from the design into Cabnetware
- Confirm that all items for each section are accounted for and are correct.
- Number each item in the CAD design using the corresponding Cabnetware number
- Make a list of all the items in the QC/Shipping area of the website using the corresponding Cabnetware numbering system. Include Toe Kick boxes, Decorative Hardware and any miscellaneous items.
- Add Pricing data to QC Roster by double clicking each line and entering the item nomenclature in the pop-up window.
- Generate CNC programs for Point to Point. (This may be deligated to the shop on a case by case basis with Shop Manageres Approval)
