- Have all parts and pieces QC'd prior to loading
- Have the Designer Introduce the Installation Manager to the Customer
- Explain the delievery and installation process to the customer with write-up and verbal communication
- Create a delivery schedule with the customer and deliver in person
- Present to custmer educational material about product and procedures
- Determine a drop-dead date for the job with the Customer
- Collect 40% Deposit from Customer prior to deliver
